We offer FREE ground shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).  Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.  Depending on where your order is shipped to, estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.  We currently ship orders within the United States, Canada, & Australia.  For other international orders please contact us.  For U.S. orders under $100, ground shipping rates are as follows:

Privacy Policy
Pinchmeclothing.com values your privacy.  Our site features the following security measures: McAfee Secure Certified, Authorize.net, and Paypal.  Our secure web server protects the data you provide us (your name, address, e-mail, contact numbers, credit card/payment information).  This information will not be sold or rented to third parties.  However we may use third parties to fulfill an order and if so we require your information be kept confidential.  Also note, if you ordered items from multiple manufacturers you may receive multiple shipments.       
Exchange & Return Policy
Exchanges and returns must be received by Pinch Me Clothing within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will refund your credit card or paypal account (original method used for payment) the purchase price and tax if applicable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note it may take 10 business days for your credit card or paypal account to be refunded.
To place an exchange or return, email us at sales@pinchmeclothing.com with the reason of your exchange or return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please write this number clearly on the outside of the package. Unknown RA#’s or packages without a RA# will be returned. 
All item(s) are checked before they are shipped to ensure excellent condition. However if an error was made on our part we will provide a return label. Email us the error and we will mail you a return label.  **Please note: Orders of $100 or more are eligible for free shipping.  However when a return is placed and brings your original subtotal under $100, we will deduct (applicable) shipping cost from your return.  (Please see shipping table above).  Again if the error was on our part, we gladly waive the shipping cost.
All items must be unworn, must have the original tags attached, and in its original package and/or box. A 15% restocking fee may be applied if not returned as requested.
HALLOWEEN ORDERS – Halloween Costumes & Halloween Costume Accessories (including but not limited to legwear, petticoats, & handbags) may be returned - in its unopened original package - within 30 days of receipt AND must be received by October 16th (each year) to receive a full refund (shipping is non-refundable if originally charged).  After this date, Halloween Costumes & Halloween Costume Accessories are non-refundable.  Items must be unworn and returned in their original unopened packages.  Please do not return Costumes worn "for just one night".  We can tell!  However if you received the wrong size or item, we will accept your Halloween return after this date.  Shipping costs may be refunded if the error was on our part. 
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Lingerie items with "panties/g-strings included", panties/underwear, pasties/nipple covers, Halloween hair accessories and clearance items.  These items are non-refundable & are final sale and may not be returned for store credit.  Of course if an error (wrong size, wrong color, wrong item) was made on our part, we will accept the return in its original package and refund you accordingly.
Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box.
To Place an Order, Payments, & Sales Tax
Orders are placed online.  Please be sure to enter your information correctly. Invalid email addresses and contact numbers will not be accepted.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal.  Please note orders placed with a California billing address will be assessed a state sales tax of 8.75%.
